Does anyone know the salary band for Oracle ERP at the big 4 firms at Consultant level? Currently an analyst at a mid market consulting firm specializing in financials. Worked in Oracle sales for 8 months after graduation and have been at my current firm as an Oracle ERP consulting analyst for 6 months, looking to make the move when I have a year under my belt at my current firm. Associates (equivalent to Deloitte Consultant level) at my firm are base 95-100k with 10-15% annual bonus

I am really struggling with a senior associate who is constantly asking things that are readily available in documents that we’ve reviewed together. Things like asking me who a stakeholder is when there’s a stakeholder list with everyone… I’ve been replying and saying to refer to XX document in the future but this keeps happening!
