Does anyone have any tips on conquering fear of flying? I have a phobia that I will have a panic attack on the plane while flying alone. I just got prescribed Xanax just for the flight but have never taken it before and would love to know if that has helped you? (I’m not scared of crashing or anything, I’m just claustrophobic and hate not feeling in control and have panic attacks about having panic attacks haha.)
