Just want to share a happy story - have spent the past 3 months slogging and fighting with red tape to launch our Asian affinity network/ERG. I know at my level, if I was a FTE, my rate would be between $300-$325 an hour at this agency, so am trying to translate that into a reasonable freelance hourly rate to then create a project estimate off of based on estimated hours.
