How do you deal with feeling too ‘slow’ for your job?
I have adhd which results in me having even worse imposter syndrome than others. I didn’t always do the best in school until I started getting medicated. Therefore, I have pretty bad self esteem. I’m always feeling like I’m learning things too slow at work. I also overthink every move I make so I take forever. Is this job just not meant for someone like me? I’m new in a dual media relations/digital role. I found myself surprised to see that the digital team actually has account editing video/designing graphics. Is this normal?
