I worked for Cap for little more than a year back in 2014. It was a short switch between Big4’s. The assignment I worked on was really good, loved the people and culture. CTC is below par compared to B4. Designation wise SM at B4 = Sr. Director at Cap. WLB varies a lot depending on your assignment. Their expense policy was shitty back then, we needed receipts for any trx more than $15, even with AMEX. Capgemini do have a reputation of paying out good bonus.
Almost totally identical. SM at top tier consulting would maybe get you a Principal at Capgemini.
Depends where you are. I worked in their Cloud Management space and enjoyed it - it was mostly their IT Service Management /Service Integration space. A lot of people left however because their promos/pay increases are minimal or non-existent. If you come in, make sure you negotiate the most you can get
