In actuality, I am a leadership team exec who’s moved up really quickly in my org and manages a team (in industry) by my early 30s. For context, I’m the high-powered career person in our relationship. (He’s hard working but a satisficer vs a maximizer). Anyone here working with in-house creative? We are establishing an in house agency model. His introduction round took 10/45min about himself and what he thought of the meeting topic (before I introduced myself). I was firm and polite to say we needed to keep time. We are a data/software provider. My business folks get lots of requests from customers to fill out annual security/due-diligence assessments. I don’t have an issue with them generally, but many of them now include “attestations of compliance”, and will throw in a link to their Vendor Code of Conduct.
We don’t agree in our contracts that we will comply with their Codes (or even that we will answer these assessments in the first place) - but assuming that the business does “attest” to (Cont)

Currently working on the most disorganized pitch I’ve ever seen. The GCD is running it and he is unable to make decisions, give feedback or any clear direction. He invites all creative teams to every check-in and then relies on the account team to email any feedback to the whole group. So he won’t meet teams individually or document anything.
