Feel free to DM me if you have some specific questions, but to sum it up:
- wlb is ok compared to MBB/T2. 55h/week on average, +/- 10h depending on project intensity. No weekend work and early Fridays.
- Progression is on par with MBB if you are an average performer, faster if you are a top performer. No “up or out” culture, so you can take your time.
- Culture is great imho, everyone is down to earth and a decent human being
- general perks are on par with other firms (maybe a bit better for some specific things, worse for some others). Dinners expensed if you are working long hours. Perks also depend on geography (US vs Europe/APAC)
I would say 55 hours is average on a case, my worst has been 60. I have plenty of 20-40 hour weeks when unstaffed. Definitely better than friends at MBB and tier 2s
