Hi All,
Need suggestions here. Please help me out. I was interviewed with IBM and got selected. Waiting for offer letter. Meanwhile got selected in another company and got offer too. Put down my ppr. Offer from another company is way beyond than IBM almost 22% more in terms of fixed. Now I’m confused that once IBM releases their offer then should I ask them to match with my holding or not ? Will they consider for negotiations? What’s your thoughts? IBM

Need help from Amazon 🐠 Anyone interviewed for Amazon L5 BIE in GSF supply chain team? The JD said basic qualifications include data modeling, ETL, data warehousing and optimization. Any idea or experience how they will test these topics? Asking about related experience? Or show some data and ask how you will deal with that? Or like a case study, given a senario and ask how you think in order to tackle problem? Need advice/idea/experience urgently. Thanks in advance.Amazon @BIE

90% of the time they offer you the midpoint of the range
Yeah I agree with a grad degree I’d say most people are getting around 100
Definitely use justifications and advocate for your desired salary. Worst case they'll say they can't raise it. You can easily raise it above the midpoint
Lockheed is super super variable. I would say expect the lower end and be surprised if it's the higher end. Also a discussion worth having with recruiters etc in the beginning I think
Great question. I think you have to have documented evidence to support why you should fall within a particular range
Depends on Job title
It'll be helpful if you have a document stating that you need to stay within a certain range.
