You will get the opportunity to work with a bunch of over-worked, un-motivated resources and a few high performers. It’s no brainer to understand they charge a lower rate to clients, and if they pay you on par with Big 4 salary they need to pay less somewhere else.
Run away. Stay away from WITCH
Take the interviews, ask questions, meet people and decide for yourself. I’ve worked in industry, Big 4, IBM, ACN and now looking at TCS.
No harm putting yourself in the process
It’s a body shop. Do not do it.

Sounds like they would actually pay me 40-50k more
12 yoe and $145 and S4? What’s gone wrong here ? With your yoe, you should defn be $175-190 and M level. EY defn low balled you
They have been trying to build out their management consulting arm differently from their SI arm. But organisational culture is hard to compartmentalise in the long run. For reasons others have commented on, you’ll likely see the same in management consulting too.
Short answer is, don’t do it :-)
