Anyone have any salary insight for BoA corporate banking as an analyst with 1 yr exp? How’s the WLB? Bank of America

Does anyone feel pigeonholed in their current role because of the sheer amount of money they're making? I have 3 YOE in full-cycle recruiting and, for example, made 170K+ in 2021. Clearly, my YOE is misaligned with my comp expectations.

Hit like if you have resigned or planning to resign just because:

You are doing great and client frequently gives you appreciation over emails keeping your manager in it but you fail to get any appreciation from leadership or
You know even if you get promoted this year, you will not receive expected compensation.

Would you move to an arguably weaker bank for a significantly higher comp?

Have an offer from a non-FAANG tech company for 145k base, no sign-on. Would be based in a medium COL area. I make just above 100k now, but with a raise coming this calendar year. I love the potential role, but was also told annual bonus is around 5%, and raises are also small. Is it worth giving up faster growth and bonuses over the next few years for a higher base? Welcome any thoughts/advice.
