Hello Fishes,
I had given interview Mindtree and cleared both technical rounds. On Tuesday 29 March 2022, I got a call from HR for the final discussion. After that I have not received any response.
I have been calling the HR and her manager, both are not responding to mail or calls.
Is there a way to get some information if my candidature is still in progress or is this delay natural? I have another offer from another company, but am more interested in joining Mindtree.

Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

I did my PhD there, strongly suggest you only apply if you really love bureaucracy, internal politics, and never getting anything done. The pay is good and you get like every other day off, but it runs exactly like you’d expect a lab run by a consortium of academics from multiple nations would run.
Or go the Brian Greene route :) but I should add that his choices are his. I am just envious of his abilities and intellect. I don't self loath, but I feel the world needs more scentists than consultants :)
Yup but why?
I’m interested in fundamental technologies and massively scalable systems. I’ve seen a few job postings for Python engineers and looking for an informational interview about what it’s like to work there.
I spent several years at Fermilab prior to CERN being around (yeah, I’m old). I would say that your enjoyment of the job all depends on the position. I was on the ops side, and enjoyed my time there. I have one physicist friend that left Fermi for CERN and has since returned. He loved his time there. I’ll ask if he has any tips.
Thanks!
