Anyone have embryo genetic results where everything was normal but the gender portion?

For those who go the gym on the way to work in the morning - have you got any tips/tricks for efficiency? I've switched from going after work, as I was constantly skipping out due to long days, but am now feeling very rushed in the morning

I’ve had a really tense, emotionally exhausting week. Things wrapped up yesterday and now my body feels so strung out and exhausted. Any tips for coming down from being so strung out without relying on toxic habits and just shutting down/procrastinating? (My brain is saying “go for a run” and my body is getting stuck picking at my eyebrows for two hours) I feel like my central nervous system is on a roller coaster.

How do you get enough protein per day? Trying to put on some muscle and aiming for about 200g of protein each day and I am struggling to even get near that!!

What does your firm actually do in terms of mentorship or other programs for diverse attorneys and do you find it actually beneficial? My firm reached out about a mentorship program where they were supposed to pair us with a partner mentor who is also person of color, but I still haven't heard back.

What do you wish design students would learn in school to ease the transition into needs of business? I have seen an increasing need for more education/inclusion/overlap into other areas of business that depend on design teams so they understand what goes into the process. As well as design teams into the other business teams. This would alleviate tensions and improve quality product delivery due to the major miscommunications that occur so frequently.

I now have Carrot benefits. Maybe elective egg freezing the start of next year? After some research, it looks like the Carrot funds are available only after I meet my yearly health plan deductible. Is it time to start the IVF process ? We already had 4 IUIs done over the last 6 months without success . RE says it’s your call now .

After 5 failed IUIs, I’m foregoing the 6th one and starting IVF in January. A whole ass month without femara, shooting myself up with gonal f and testing out my trigger shot. Holidays are stressful enough- it’s just a month but it feels very liberating. 🎉

Hi everyone, I am 4 days into my IUI process. I also recently found out that my UTI was not a UTI but instead Ureaplasma. My husband also tested positive.
We are waiting to hear back from the fertility specialist but I wanted to see if anyone has had this experience, or any knowledge. I’m nervous that the antibiotics will affect my ability to conceive, but just as nervous ureaplasma will make it difficult as well. I can wait until next month and start over but I really don’t want to. Any advice

I am planning to change jobs but worried about losing the IVF coverage. I was reading that New Jersey mandates that all insurance providers that cover pregnancy, should provide fertility coverage. Does that mean, we have blanket coverage if we stay in New Jersey. What if the employer is in New York? Looks like NY also have similar mandate. Which one will apply and how?

Has anyone successfully dealt with scar tissue? I had a missed miscarriage at 9 weeks and a d&c. Had a 2nd d&c because there was more tissue. Then did an egg retrieval and before the transfer we did a hysteroscopy and found scar tissue. Removed the scar tissue, uterine balloon, and 4 weeks of estrogen therapy. Just did another hysteroscopy and some of the scar tissue came back AND I had an enormous amount of polyps from the estrogen. All of that was removed today and I have another (continued)
