I left my job before my 1 year relocation clause expired. I was supposed to have to pay back my relocation stipend, but when I asked HR my last weekend of employment, I was told someone would eventually reach out to collect the money/go over payment options once “the systems updated with my separation status”. 3 months later and still haven’t hear anything. Anyone have any thoughts about a junior attorney (2.5 YOE) joining a SAAS start up with around 150 people? I would be the third counsel they have hired. The company is looking to expand to 400 people over the next 24 months and just received their first round of funding after 2 years of no outside investment (leadership’s choice). My main concerns are legal risk, on the job training, etc.

Do you ever feel overqualified for the job? I’m a recent hire but those being hired around me are significantly less relevant experience and I feel I’m carry a brunt of the weight. How would you resolve this feeling or spread work around?

Tips to stay motivated and cut procrastination? I started a new client side job remotely a few months ago at the beginning of covid.
