Not sure if anyone has experience with this but figured I’d ask. My 8yo daughter has been gaining weight over the last 2 years. Started during covid being home a lot and I guess eating more than normal. Schedules now are back to normal and she’s still gaining. I’ve gotten rid of all unhealthy food in the house but she will eat a lot of everything, always wants seconds and very hard to control. I don’t know what to do. Is it too early for a nutritionist?

If you don’t have 8 hours of billable time a day, do you leave as is or do you fill in the gap with non-billable work? In my third trimester (8 weeks left) and feeling so overwhelmed by impending motherhood. I’m trying to absorb as much information as possible, have taken a birth class, Tinyhood classes, read articles and parts of parenting books etc and still feel utterly unprepared. I consider myself a quick learner but I can’t shake this feeling that I have no clue what I am doing. also stressing over things like, what if our dogs don’t like the baby? How do I calm my anxiety :(

Had the craziest experience today at 1st ultrasound. Measured 6w5d (what I should be based on FET) but sonographer told me HR was 87 (low). I was hysterical (had a previous MMC after an initial low HR) and doctor came in and rescanned and said everything looked perfect and HR was 119 BPM! I am trying so hard to take comfort in the second scan but this is so stressful. Please send positive vibes my way 😭😭

curious how much weight people have lost in the first trimester due to nausea, etc? im toward the end of my first trimester and I haven’t experienced any vomiting but the lack of appetite and aversions have caused me to lose about 10 lbs since my last ultrasound :/ I’d normally be celebrating this as I don’t mind the numbers I’m seeing but I keep worrying about whether baby is getting enough nutrients 😭
