Cont… Friday came and went no communication. I allowed another weeks to pass and then sent another follow up email. She responded by apologizing not following up and informed me that recruiting handles that part of the process . What i didn’t mention was she had told me that if I get the position she would let me know and if I didn’t get it she would still give me a call . Another two weeks passed and I try emailing her and now she has stopped responding to my emails . Don’t understand this …..

Didn’t hear back, & a third-party recruiter reached out regarding an actual opening. Since I’d already submitted my materials, I can’t work with said recruiter. Would it be ok to reply to my previous email/submission to the firm explaining the situation— I.e, recruiter reached out regarding opening, can’t work w. her, resubmitting in consideration for x position?

I got selection mail from tcs on 22 Aug, they asked to upload documents next day. HR discussion is not done yet , how many days they take to do the hr discussion after uploading documents ?

If I run scrum/standup meetings for my team, go through our dev board (Jira), keep track of people's work in OPS and Dev. Does that mean I am in between a scrum master/PM? So I was hoping I could get some advice! I went through the interview process with a fintech company. At the end of all interviews the recruiter told me the manager was attempting to open a more junior role to better fit my experience but they weren’t sure “if or when she would get the approval”. The recruiter even asked if I was in the interview process with any other companies. This was 3 weeks ago, I followed up once, do I keep following up with the recruiter or do I drop it and move on??
