When people talk about their YOE, if applicable, do they include both pre-MBA and post-MBA, or just post-MBA? If the former, does the type of YOE matter (ie 4 years pre MBA and 4 years post May be more attractive to employers than 5/3)?

How bad is the four month sleep regression? I have a three month old who sleeps amazingly well at night. She struggles with putting herself to sleep though and both my husband and I are terrified of the regression.
