I have received a written offer for a Bilingual Account Manager for a large pharma company in Toronto. 70k with 7% performance based bonus. During interviews I never set an expectation. I am meeting with HR to go over some minor details in the contract before i sign it. Would it be out of line to ask for 80k with the same bonus maximum? I am leaving a manager role with a medical device company also in toronto.
