Anyone have experience using a temp agency like Robert Half? We have some assignments that need attention so I reached out to RH. They charge $125/hour and want a commitment of 40 hours a week. Is this standard? That is a solid $240,000 per year!

Don’t use Robert half. I have and like 3 friends. We don’t make the 125$. They rip us off. Hire directly or ask your friends someone needs a job.

We are using them for specific projects. They told us the same thing you listed. They want us to be able to keep them busy at 40 hours a week and the temp can’t have their name on things we file in court, so their projects are limited to doc review and research. They can draft things, but since they can’t do anything that constitutes an appearance, it’s kind of limiting.

At Deloitte i was getting 2 lakhs a month in hand and at Dubai they are paying me 20k per month and some yearly bonus component.

Is this a good decision or am I taking a cut in terms of pay and growth by going to Dubai?
