Anyone have experience with employer contributions to a 529 plan? I'm planning for a small business owner who makes personal contributions, but now we're trying to plan additional contributions through is company.

- Is there a limit on how much the employer can contribute? I called the California ScholarShare program, and they weren't aware of any kind of maximum
- Are there any qualification requirements like a retirement plan? Can they only contribute to their own kids' 529 accounts?
