Anyone have experience with half of a CW/AD team getting laid off?

Fellow H1Bs (at Deloitte) who have crossed 6 years - what is your advice on following if I get let go -
1. Severance discussion : (how to get more time versus money)
2. Discussions with immigration
3. Immediate visa transfer to H4

How much severance package bny provide if anyone part of layoff?

Anyone expecting layoffs due to COVID-19? There’s an indefinite hiring freeze and most promotions and have been paused. 👀

Just got benched, been completely billable till now, how long until I should be worried about potential layoffs? (Even though management is “committed” to not letting people go during covid)

Found out I’m being paid less than average for my role even though I was hired on as a senior project coordinator and later on “promoted” to a business analyst with no bump in pay. I am a contractor through an agency which I’m aware that plays a part in my take salary.

After talking to various colleagues who’ve been laid off or still working at the company they ALL make more than me. Two out of the three were hired in Jr roles one making 50 an hr and the other making 45. How to approach this?

3rd year SM. Have been allocating slide and model building to junior teammates for so long I legit feel like if I went to industry and have to do real work I would get called out as a fake and be fired immediately. Anyone else feel this way? I’ve always had imposter syndrome but feel this is different because I was good at managing and dealing with clients - but never as creative doing the actual work. Help.

UK specific query - If my company cannot find me clients/work and want to dismiss me because they are unable to find work for me at no fault of my own do they have to provide a severance package?
UK law says it’s easy to dismiss employees with less than 2 years service but it’s a big grey area. Anyone got any experience with this?
