Interest rate will be higher but no PMI and a lower down payment. I had an issue pursuing a house in NYC with one of these because sellers wanted 10% earnest money for a contract even though I was pursuing a 5% down JD loan.

I almost got one. I got a 2.95% rate when other places were giving me 2.95%. No PMI. But the company was based in FL and for some reason they didn’t adjust the conventional loans based on where the house was located (I’m in a VHCOL area, so it sucked).

Yes - we have a doctor loan. Put 5% down on $1.1M, with about 3% interest and no PMI in Jan 2021. Used Huntington bank

In 2020 I made a few huge changes, I left my world of fashion/sales, retail operations and L&D and I moved countries and eventually found my way to Tech. I currently am in Sales Enablement, which I do love, but I want to grow.

How do I continue to grow in L&D/Sales enablement in tech?

Would love some insight, and also would need some help adjusting my resume to fit the tech landscape.

Thanks in advance!

Serious question: do I *need* MBB on my resume to have good exit ops from consulting? I have an M7 MBA, but struggled to land interviews because I didn’t have big brands on my resume (confirmed by recruiters). I wouldn’t be surprised if most/all F100 and FAANG hired MBB only.

So stuck. What do I do? I joined this firm a year ago (4 yrs exp total) to grow/get more court/client exposure. Then 2 more-experienced associates were hired, pandemic, & all cases are divided between the other 2. I have no defined tasks except deficiency letters or the odd pro bono case. Boss claims it's mentoring. I still need to meet bill req.

Last wk Boss said I'll do more & my work was good, but today said I can't 2nd chair bc I don't have experience. I'm doing less now than my prior firm.
