Larsen & Toubro Infotech I m having one offer from Nagarro and second one is from atos with same package and variable and atos is ready to give permanent wfh but in nagarro i will be align with zs associate account and wfh or wfo is not decided yet as everyone knows wlb is not good with zs associates. Atos : project will be cdphp health insurance.

Hi all! I am former federal government. I resigned due to lack of opportunities and growth. I am interested in a couple of Apple service roles within Pay, Care and SDS. Also, Amazon PM roles under Music, Live Sports and Brand Protection. However, with to the current economic conditions is it smarter to focus on fed roles versus Tech. I’ve never had a Tech role. I have a BS Mechanical Engineering and MBA. Any advice would be appreciated.

In contrast I work for the PlayStation branch and find it to be a really good culture. It's in the UK though but US colleagues seem to enjoy it and people tend to stay for a long time most people have been there for around 5 years where the average in most companies is a year or two here. I've heard rumours that the culture used to be worse and I think that seems to be an industry issue that everyone is trying to change. Most of the people I've met are really nice and it's very relaxed and not very corporate.
If you are interested you may as well apply and judge for yourself what it's like from the interviews.

Used to work at Sony Corporate and it had by far the worst company culture I’ve ever seen.
Blatant sexism, managers and VPs complaining if you come in late regardless of how late you work, in general felt like I was working for a company stuck in the 80s.
