You should always go into doing something 100%. Would you feel good about halfassin the job. I wouldn't, integrity, confidence on completing the job. Now if you having trouble it doesn't hurt to ask for help/guidance to get it complete but it goes on the other party and how they communicate in a way it helps you not discourage you to get it done. What’s the consensus on tattoos in the insurance workplace? I’m in leadership and considering exploring my options due to recent personnel changes. I work remote and have arm sleeves, and any time I would be in-person I’d of course wear a long sleeve shirt to be professional, but worry about a cuff rolling up and tattoos being somewhat visible. I have cleared interview round for TCS, also had compensation discussion with HR on 2nd December but still haven’t received offer letter yet. I did take follow up last week with HR she said that some approval’s are pending. I am bit worried now.

I have 2 months notice period, 35 days over but still my BGC status is "BGC Scheduled", I have already denied counter offer...still doesn't want to fall in a situation where I have left current organization and after joining TCS there is some issue with BGC. Need inputs on
1) How can we know our BGC Status before DOJ to be on safer side?
2) Does someone experienced BGC status change in iBegin portal before DOJ?
