I'm a 25y male in a 3y relationship with a 24y female. For the past couple of years her libido have gone down by a lot, she said that she doesn't know why, already have went to some gynecologists and none come with any solutions.
We had this talk and she said that she doesn't feel desire, the times we do sex she said she do bc I started but after that she enjoy (She never starts)
Have anyone had similar experiences and overcome that? We really have few sex relations and this bothers me a little
Sweat app - marketed towards women but good for men too! Multiple programs for beginners, advanced, even post-pregnancy. Variety of equipment from minimal to full gym. BBG is four rounds of work at 7 minutes each so it’s very quick.
Fhitting room just released 30 free days of workouts.
But focus on form!! Don’t get injured and please slow down if you’re tired 😴
Create a 10x10 grid and do any body weight exercises when you get the chance throughout the day. I started doing this a few years ago - started out not being able to do more than ~10 pushups at a time and now can do 200+ in a row while keeping form. Can do this with air squats, pull-ups (if you have a bar), jump rope (if you have one and the space) lots of stuff. And then move into more advanced variations of those base movements - like a spider-man push-up, double-unders, using a weighted vest, etc.
