As a lateral you should have been assigned to a reporting manager. Try checking with him/her what's your project status?

They must have hired you for an existing project or potential new project.

Also check other projects under them or if they have knowledge of requirements in other verticals.

That I don't know. Even I joined recently. But you can try.

Have a conversation with your reporting manager. Check if they have any openings for your current primary skill.
If not, mention you have other secondary skills and are willing to work on them.

I doubt they will train you for the new skill but if you are trained and knowledgeable on your secondary skill, let them know.

Any ex-tcser here ? Need your help in understanding the pf transfer process. Had filled all the necessary documents in tcs while separation and pwc while joining as well. Can see the account created against pwc also in epfo portal. But don't see TCS pf amount transferred to PwC. How long does it take in general ? It's been almost 2 months since I left tcs and joined PwC. Would be of great help if someone pings or help me to understand if I am missing any step or document.
