I don't know how sustainable model is this? 50k as base pay only? That to if you look at the basic and pf amount ,it is just penny. Top of that , they will not provide any laptop. It just like someone contact type of work.. Surely will not join...if you are not sure your employee will get project or bench ,don't recruit them..

Guys am really concerned about the EPB deduction.. I still have 75 days.. in NP But the responses am reading in various groups about EPB deduction is hilarious.. Thinking to get it confirmed from HR...!! If he says it will get deducted, I'll ask to shift me on bench as I don't see any point in working for a minute more for current project..
