Does anyone have insight into the Kearney case? Obviously each one will be unique and different but any input would be appreciated. Do they tend to be more market sizing or traditional profitability. Is it more quant heavy or brainstorming ideas? Are there generally a lot of hidden messages that will come into play at the end of the case or straight forward?

In case study it is mentioned to submit within 3 days but for sql assessment nothing is mentioned
Anyone have idea for it's timelines

Hi Sharks/Fishes/Whales, Got offers from Fractal and Fidelity Investments. Offered package is more or less same in both but Fractal profile is more towards niche skills in market. My inclination is towards fractal as I will get chance to work on latest skills which are upcoming. Whats your thought? Which one to choose? Please help me with that. I have an offer from yml for iOS senior software engg and have same package from HCL and TCS. Just want to know how is the working culture and is there any micromanagement there? Also in glassdore lot of reviews say that, there is no work life balance. Ia that all true? Also, do they have enough good project in Mobile applications?
I can only speak more generally around agency culture, but I've found that WLB is usually zero at these places. I would ask more questions around the projects - HR should be able to share a bit on that. But I used to work at a similar kind of agency, and I really liked the fact that they were more willing to innovate and try new things versus the established guys, but it was more pressure to deliver because you were competing with bigger companies. If you have similar offers, then I see why it's a tough choice. Don't be afraid to ask HR about projects etc and see how much they try to sell the position

Unfortunately YML's business hit south, founders took exited recently and its has turned toxic work place with immured leadership.
Layoffs have continued from Nov 2022 to Aug 2023.
