PwC Advisory or EY FSO for M level role?
I interviewed for Data Analyst role at EY, it went well and the job sounds great, but I'm a bit hesitant to leave PwC because I really like the firm and I'm just 8 months in my job as an associate at a subgroup of ITS that has some focus on technology and analytics but it's mostly tax compliance.
I do want to transition to data analytics but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to go to another big 4, or maybe just look for a position in industry.
Any advice or similar experience?

Curious about everything really. the culture, people, industry focuses if any, pay, benefits, etc... I get tax has its long hours no matter where you go.
I’m no longer at Wipfli but heard there is a lot of disconnect with the Denver offices completely merging in and a lot of the local partners aren’t happy with the firm. That could be good or bad for you as a manager depending on your goals and philosophy.
There is certainly truth to this, the mergers are a process. I’m still here so DM if you want more info OP
