What’s an acceptable amount of time to wait for reimbursement of expenses at a small to mid-size firm? I submitted a four-figure expense report six weeks ago and still haven’t been reimbursed. The weird thing is the expense was “approved” over five weeks ago according to our internal system. When I raised the issue a little while ago I got chewed out and told we have a small staff and they’re doing their best. Should I follow up again?

If you live with parents, would you max our Roth 401k ($19.5k) and after-tax retirement account ($15k) instead of investing through an individual brokerage? I am in healthcare recruiting, will it be easy to transition, into another field like tech or in-house recruiting?

Starting my first IVF and have so many insurance questions that I’m struggling to get answered. I have coverage through Deloitte (Aetna, $25K lifetime cap). So far I have had 3 IUIs but when I called Aetna to see how much of the $25K I’ve used they said I had only used $400 and had claims from my first to IUI sessions. Can this be true? Is the negotiated rate between my provider and insurance really that low? Anyone at Deloitte have experience with this?

Received an offer to lateral to a big firm. The benefits package includes health, dental, disability etc. but no mention of their parental leave policy.
