I’m finding that my language I use to talk about my role and day-to-day work is often regurgitated back to me in corporate speak for their clarification. Are there any resources out there to learn how to corporatize what I’m trying to get across to interviewers?

is it normal for a recruiter to be flaky and unresponsive AFTER you get an offer?

Finished the last steps for interviewing with a company - reference checks. All my references told me that they gave stellar reviews on Monday.

It is now Thursday and no word on an offer. Everyone seemed to like me - so much so that they said they expedited my interview process.

So should I follow up today or wait until tomorrow (Friday) to follow-up?
