I’ve been offered a position that I’m really excited about. Their initial offer was 10K more than the top of the salary range they gave me for the position when I asked during the interview process and at the top end of the salary requirements I set for myself. My partner thinks I should still negotiate for more even though I’m happy with the offer. Am I an idiot if I don’t negotiate in this case? Realistically, I don’t think I’d get much more than that, but should I negotiate out of principle?

So I’m 32 weeks. I’m finding it very difficult to breathe and it’s hard to explain. I have normal pregnancy congestion especially at night but throughout the whole day too when I breathe (not congested or through my mouth) it feels like my lungs don’t take in enough oxygen and I don’t feel like I’ve actually taken a breathe, if that makes any sense at all. Hello, I just had to vent a little and maybe ask for your opinion. So I’ve been working at my job for four years now and I’ve never gotten a promotion.
