I’m anticipating a few offers over the next week or so from B4 and mid tier firms. LCOL, Senior manager in speciality tax. I’ve researched some, but I assume the data is lagging the current labor shortages. Does anyone have any insight on current offers? Base comp and signing bonus. Thanks!

What's the best way to negotiate PTO on an offer? Got a very fair salary up front don't really see the need to push the boundary there because from reports online they are offering higher than market average. But the PTO accrual rate is incredibly low. 10 days a year for the first year + 9 holidays (coming from a job with 20 + all holidays). I'd like to see if I can ask for 15 to start and have the normal accruals bumps after that.

Any advice for negotiation? I made the mistake of letting slip my current salary to the recruiter and now I’m in final rounds at FB and the recruiter disclosed the salary for the position. It seems to be quite below industry average based on Glassdoor and other sources, but I know once given the salary it’s hard to negotiate at FB. I recently got a title change at my current company, and possible salary increase, so I was thinking of using that to counter. Never negotiated before!

Honest question - do others here wake up at like 3 or 4 AM just randomly since quarantine / WFH has started? I used to sleep soundly through the night but I feel like this happens multiple times a week and I live a very active lifestyle so feel like I should be out until my alarm wakes me

But later I saw it was test specialist designation in my current company. Will that create problem in verification?
