Depends on the office. Their val team is national now but the offices - like many national firms - are run by local partners/directors. NY = financial reporting a big 4 type work loads. Detroit = Variety (transaction, accounting, estate, litigation) and reasonable hours.

From what I have heard they operate as single offices, so it essentially is a bunch of small firms operating under one name. I have not worked there, just what I have heard though could be different there
