I was referred to McKinsey last month but haven’t heard back yet. The system still say “submitted”. Obviously things are slow with the holidays and recruiters don’t reach out to new people for a bit. But my question is: how quick is the McKinsey recruiting process? My firm now can’t get enough people in the door to fill projects. Got an offer for Atlassian Canada - senior product manager. Initial offer is 160k base +15% annual bonus (24k) + 20k sign on bonus. RSU is 220k USD payable over next 4 years. There's no RRSP match (401k match equivalent). Considering its Atlassian, and current market rate, I think base is low. I would like it to be bumped upto to 180k. The recruiter earlier said the top of the pay range is 165k, which I feel is not really top but maybe median? Help me negotiate please; historically suck at it.
