People from Mindtree please help. I have received offer letter from Mindtree for C4 position as Angular Developer. My base location is Mumbai and I don't wish to relocate under any circumstances. Do Mindtree have presence in Mumbai (please do consider their merger with LTI and LTI do have significant presence in Mumbai)? Do they have enough projects for Mumbai location and for Angular profile?

Hello everyone, I am a .net fullstack developer with 4.6 years of experience. I have received offer letter from Nagarro of 18(90K variable) LPA with senior engineer designation. I asked for more but HR said to bring a counter offer and they'll get it matched.
How much max should I expect from the nagarro ? Will they give me 25 LPA if I get another offer of 25 LPA?

Amazon care learned from all the failings and is rapidly recruiting to do it themselves.

The partnership never appeared to gel and there was leadership churn and a lack of clear vision and approach that could be executed against in a timely manner.
Amazon has other approaches in the space and a more specific approach and pilot in that capacity likely makes more sense before expanding to two other companies.
They all thought they had it figured out and then realized our healthcare system was a good bit more complicated than they planned for.
They found a few good people who knew the industry, but in terms of the stakeholders who set this up, this was not an initiative that was set up for success.
Just goes to show how hard it is to make big changes in Healthcare. They had all their bases covered - technology, capital and customer service and still couldn’t execute. The idea works for non invasive services, but it’s extremely hard to manage a patient population with multiple comorbidities. The really sick patients that drive up the cost of care will always revert back to the fee for service model.
Did any of it make sense? Amazon is tech/supply chain, JPM is an investment bank, and Berkshire Hathaway is a financial services holding company. What were they hoping to achieve?

There is population density not unlike WalMart.
Amazon has concentrations in Seattle, Boston, NYC, DC, Atlanta, Nashville, Austin, Indianapolis, Phoenix, and San Fran.
They already have relationships with most of these entities through AWS and Amazon Business. They would have started in Seattle and expanded the program from there. This is standard and done with Care and Pharmacy. The initial focus was also likely to have a key focus on prescription drugs and wellness programs.
When it was announced Atul was the CEO I knew this company was doomed. He is a figure head and not an operator (and clear from the Wsj article that’s what he wanted to be). This consortium needed an operator that really knew healthcare products well and could maximize the value of each company’s footprint.
Same. He would have been great on the board but not as the ceo.
I heard Atul Gawande was having trouble recruiting other Exec leaders

They always said it wasnt a partnership to drive profits. They did this so they could stay out of court. Now each of them will take these learnings and will further build out their capabilities. Amazon has not stopped.
Atul left way back in 2020. Per the news it will shut down in Feb 2021
I applied and never heard back 🤣
Berkshire owns too much of DaVita (dialysis centers). Anything Haven was going to do to decrease health care costs would hurt Davita.
