Anyone have intel on culture/WLB at highwire?

Have offers from Clarion Healthcare and Prescient Healthcare Group for their entry level advisory roles (associate and analyst, respectively). How would you compare the two in terms of WLB, culture, type of work, professional development, etc… I’d like to learn but also have time for myself and to prep for interviews with bigger/generalist firms as I’ve gained traction

Prescient - 70k base plus undefined yearly bonus
Clarion - 80k base plus 5k sign on bonus and up to 15% yearly incentive bonus

Got offer from HCL with fixed component at 20.5lpa. What will be my in-hand salary? Any inputs from HCL people will help me. TIA

Hi fishes, I joined infosys as manual tester in trade finance domain at 3 Lpa now after almost 2 years of experience I have offer from tcs for 4 Lpa and quality kiosk for 7.5 lpa. Tcs offered me a developer role while quality kiosk offered me the same role in Testing with trade finance domain. Tcs refused to renegotiate the salary even a little. I'm not sure where I should join, any suggestions?
