I work at LS (Roseland). Generally, a very nice group of people, and the partners I work with have all been great. Compensation and benefits are generally competitive for a firm of their size. They are doing a reasonable 3 day office / 2 day home split. Can’t really complain, except that I wish that I had the option to make the NYC office my home office. Roseland is good if you are raising a family in suburban NJ (e.g., Essex/Morris/Bergen). However, if you want to reverse commute from NYC/Hudson County, it isn’t very convenient to get to Roseland by public transportation, unless you are willing to take cabs/ride share to and from a train station.
