I got the mail to work in shift from 2 pm to 10:30 pm. Should I ask for shift allowance for this to my manager or he will provide me by himself ? And what we would be the per day allowance for this timing ?

Our CSM department is going through a major restructure right now. There has been a huge amount of turn over since the beginning of the year. Our managers have not given us any insight to what the new restructure will look like, they have also pushed out our annual raise conversations until the end of April. A lot of CSMs are leaving the company and it has me thinking maybe I should entertain other opportunities elsewhere as well.

My previous employers did not do team off sites, and apparently that is still a thing here! What have been your most memorable team off sites? Where did you all go and what activities did you conduct? Do team off sites have to be in an area with a Google office? Is international a long shot if the entire team is within the US?

I currently make $21 is it possible to negotiate a higher pay grade since I now have experience and good rep? Most techs start off at about $36 or 54k on average from what I've researched.

Doctor says I have it, but I honestly don’t believe them. I don’t eat cane sugar (not even in sauces), gluten, dairy, or soy. So not surprised I couldn’t process their drink-I don’t consume stuff like that regularly. I walk a mile or do HIIT training 5x/ week. The condition doesn’t run in my family (and my mom has 4 sisters w/kids-good sample size) (cont’d in comments)

My 5 year old son demanded a haircut because he doesnt like his curly hair. Its too curly. He wants hair thats like Fletcher's. (Fletcher is his white friend from day care). My son and his sister are the only blacks at the day care. I dont know how to broach the subject with him.

Hi Parents, need recommendation for taking care of kids hair. My kids are mixed race and their hair gets easily tangled to the point where we spend an hour to untangle the mess. Hair is also dry and the conditioner and or oil doesn’t seem to help. What are some of your go to products and routine? TIA
