Ladies, I need some advice. I have severe anxiety and depression and decided to get a puppy to help with this in addition to the fact that I just love animals and wouldn’t feel as lonely. I got the puppy two days ago and ever since I’m in a state of complete panic and have debilitating anxiety (can’t eat, sleep, crying all day, etc.). Now thinking it was a mistake and when I look at my pup I just want to give her back. I want her to be loved even if it’s not by me. Am I terrible? What to do?

Does anyone in the group always feel like crap? I feel like crummy most days out of the month. Whether it’s back or knee pain, cramps, mood swings, period headache. I’ve experienced some hormone and endometriosis struggles for a few years, battling awful period pains that have physically taken me out of work for days. I have been to my gyno so many times for exams and blood work and nothing stands out as concerning. Ive been put on BC hoping it would alleviate symptoms but it’s made things worse
