23 year old girl, just moved here a few months ago and live with my boyfriend. I only go into the office a few days a week. How do I make friends here? My power got shut off bc apparently the electric bill hasn’t been paid in 9 months (since I moved in). I even asked my land lord in writing if I needed to pay utilities and he didn’t respond. I sent him both a copy of in writing me asking him and an email explaining the situation.
