Consider resistance bands too since they're easy to travel with and can make the weights you do have harder to lift
Like D1 said. Pushups pull-ups dips squats with body weight. Look up calisthenics. I use a book called complete calisthenics the ultimate guide to body weight training. I don’t know how old you are but as you get older balance will become a lot more important than just pure strength like a big bench number

Does the hotel not have dumbbells? All you need are heavy dumbbells. You can bench, squat, shoulder press, row, bicep curl, triceps extension, etc. the possibilities are endless!
