I am new to fishbowl and recently got an offer from Publicis Sapient for a senior associate. They are offering $136k with unlimited pto benefits. As I am from the industry and haven't heard about this company before, I would like some comments or thoughts about working for this company? How do they invest in their employees (like pay raise, promotions, etc)?

I work at a tech company.
After 4 years working on the same team being the only 1 designer for all design related matters, ~230 projects, directed many of them with talented artist, studios.
Approximately 60-70hrs a week. No time for vacation, always working over weekends, no holiday break (there’s no back up).
I’m still rated as junior - low level designer ;)
I was told that I’m not experienced enough because I didn’t learn from any directors.

Are you using pto hours if you’re not fully productive all day? Watching 3 kids, no childcare, shift work with wfh husband. doing the best I can but not sure how closely I should be tracking my hours

Dude 1: I only took a week off because I took a chainsaw to my leg. And even then, I came back a week before I was supposed to.

Dude 2: I had surgery on my ear where they pulled it back until it almost touched my eye. I scheduled it on Friday, because it was a holiday and came back to work on Monday when I was supposed to be off for 2 weeks. I win!

I just discovered I have vision tracking issues: my eyes don’t converge together in close-up work and they don’t track together. My brain apparently handles this by ignoring the signal from one of my eyes - and alternates throughout the day which eye signal it ignores. The treatment involves vision therapy (eye exercises). Apparently getting this fixed may help with concentration issues since my brain won’t be fighting me sitting still and reading all day. Has anyone done this? Did it help?
