I am a Senior SF Admin with 9 years of SF experience. Mostly I look after a team consisting of Admins and do all usual Admin stuff plus BA/Consultant work. I recently got a very good offer from a Product company but the job role is Salesforce Support Manager. Though I don't mind being in support vertical but I am worried that I might drift away from SFDC Domain and get involved more in the Support process and eventually take my career away from Salesforce.
What do you guys think?

Joining MBB in September at the Senior Associate level within the PE ringfence. Want to go to MF/UMM investment team. Pre-MBA. What would be a realistic path / timeline? Can I expect an April 2023 PE recruiting cycle?

Interviewed for a firm that seems great and pays better than my current job, but one issue... they don’t offer 401k matching (my current firm does). All other benefits are the same though. I’m seriously considering leaving my current job for this new opportunity since it sounds like a great fit for me, I just don’t know how to handle the lack of 401k matching. I just qualified for my 401k at my current place but haven’t contributed yet and I need to get my savings in order. Advice?

Any suggestions on what steps to take prior to obtaining fixed term life insurance? I'm "obese" but making slow/steady progress and otherwise healthy.
