I joined Oracle recently. Was checking my profile on HCM page and under compensation only my AGP amount is shown as base salary and not the entire CTC (AGP+EPF+Gratuity). Is this same for all or I need to check with my hiring manager to correct bit.

Please advise!!!!

Help: I had 2 interviews with a firm and I showed moderate interest in the position - I thought I was in a good position with my current firm and maybe I could negotiate a signing bonus. Last week a partner in my PG pulled a major d*** move on me and I now want to leave immediately.

Just got an offer from a BB in a sweaty coverage group. I’m a 1st year analyst at a MM tier II bank right now, coming in as a lateral. The offer is 85k + 10k signing (I will lose my original signing bonus bc of clawback and the bonus I’ve been accruing here ~15k). Does anyone have advice on how I can ask for more money or figure out who the other lateral hires are to see if they negotiated anything?

If I had stayed in the role I was in originally and grown with it, I’d be making maybe $120k, best case. I also wouldn’t have broken 6-figures in under 4 years by waiting.

The biggest lie that companies tell you is you can grow in a firm, both professionally and financially. The only ones that grow are already the people a) getting the promotions, or b) on the sales side.

If neither applies to you, the fastest way to achieve salary growth is to leave.

Joined in 10th September, have not filled goperform. Can't fill it so since it first asks to fill Skill profile which I did submit but my manager is not able to see any pending approval. Why so complex system they've made, does it make sense for me to submit this ? What are the consequences ? If I am not able to submit it by 22, will they not consider me for default hike ?

So I'm considering a switch from law to consulting, and noticed EY has started posting salary ranges for positions. All the mid- to senior-level jobs I'm looking at are in the $95k to $150k range. I am a Digital marketer with almost 2 years of experience.
I recently joined a new company in Feb 2022, with in hand a Salary of INR 35000/month.

My boss thinks I waste my time researching the client's business and ways to grow it all day and I don't do much work. I ran campaigns on Facebook ads manager, Google ads, and keyword research for blogs & e-commerce, Analyze campaigns & optimize them regularly.

Still, my boss is not convinced that I am working worth 35000.
