I used up about 1.5k with my dependent care FSA so far this year and changed jobs. At my new company, can I now only claim dependent care FSA up to $3.5k or the full 5k? I’ve heard the regular FSA amount resets when you change jobs but not sure if this applies to dependent care FSA

newly promoted to consultant (2-3 YOE) and now beginning to look at exiting. I have a finance degree (non-technical background) and my experience is primarily in delivery and IT strategy. If I was looking to get into product management, what sort of upskilling/certs would folks recommend? Is this a common path after consulting? For people that have taken this path, what would be some pros and cons?

I think as the Reddit mob gets more sophisticated they move on from short sellers to slash and burn PE firms. Be careful where you exit to. https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2021-01-29/short-sellers-face-end-of-an-era-as-rookies-rule-wall-street?sref=pShhn61A&utm_source=url_link

I’m 1 YOE in, thinking about moving out. Am I crazy for thinking I can get interviews for Senior Analyst roles if I qualify for the technical requirements but don’t have the 2 - 4 YOE they ask for?
Well it’s been heck of a week. Rejected from two start ups, but I guess after enough rejection, I just don’t feel for it anymore. Could be a good or a bad thing. Lesson learned though, I have been chasing payout of joining rather than sitting down and figuring out what I like to do and then focusing on opportunities in that area. This clearly isn’t a winning strategy, but I also haven’t been able to figure out what I like to do. Good luck out there peeps!
