Indeed. You can also try social media groups by their typical age and likes. What does the typical niche persona in this role look like? Types of groups/associations/ affiliations etc. If you’re stuck, I can help!
Specialized Slack communities (I.e. Product Marketing Alliance, Clojurians, DBT). It’s likely you have folks on your team who are members of some type of community around whatever niche you’re looking to hire in so I would also lean on them to spread the word!
I'm not cool enough to have used Slack yet, but looking into this!
Maybe the approach you are using is what is making it hard to find those candidates. LIR is great at finding candidates from specific companies. If you find a target list of companies that fit the niche you are bound to find people who are helping those companies do what you need! PM and we can chat :)
A firm that specializes in the specific niche
Trying to fill directly before using a firm, save some of those dollars, ha! 🤑
Community Colleges, associations or local networks related or tied to the field somehow (go to trade shows, get involved in association or professional Networking events, etc.

Tinder? How?
It really depends on the niche... most have their own communities or resources. For example in software engineering you can look at open source contributors, GitHub, Reddit, etc. - but for Product roles those places would not be relevant and you would need to look elsewhere.
Associations - They often have monthly meetings. You can probably reach out to be a guest and talk about your opportunities. Conferences - Ask about tabling (or leaving a few flyers) for an hour or so during the beginning or cocktail hour.

Online groups on Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit

Indeed is where we find most of our candidates. Personally I don’t even have my LI public and if I’m exploring opportunities Indeed is where I usually find them.
No LI? That's interesting, are you in TA?

Have you tried reddit?
Perhaps search for companies working in that niche field☺️ alot of times you can find good information on the company web page. Sometimes I also Ask my clients where they think their future candidates are currently working.
