Would you consider buying this vintage gold Audemars Piguet from 1998? Think it looks stunning, not flashy, and I really like the alligator strap and clasp. Thoughts? https://chrono24.app/audemarspiguet/audemars-piguet-full-set-mens-classic-18k-yellow-gold-bucherer-dress-automatic-watch-365mm-1998--id21787821.htm?

For some reason I always envied hot dog cart operators.
In high school/college I worked at a fast food restaurant in non-management and management positions. Clear daily tasks and to-do lists, division of labor, instructions (orders) from customers usually 100% clear, you worked hard and delivered a product the customer was happy to pay for (unlike say legal services), and you left it all behind you when you walked out the door. Heck, I even liked most of my colleagues.
I would go back to the burger kitchen right now, if they’d pay me $80k. (A significant pay cut.)

As much as I love my job, when it's sunny out and I'm inside, I too get jealous of groundskeepers. If only they'd let me do my job outside during the summer. Stupid confidentiality rules.
Grass is always greener. I have felt envy for everyone else when I worked fast food as a teenager (and would have given anything just to be out there doing things like my customers), and feel it now as I work like mad on nights and weekends and can’t make any plans to do anything. Always is good/bad.
