Should be feel bad about possibly leaving my company? I’m about 2 years through a 3 year analyst contract and I’ve been interviewing at a different firm.

I like my current company and the people a lot, but the location isn’t ideal for me and comp is significantly below market. The guilt caused by the thought of leaving is killing me.

Context, we currently have an excel briefing template that they fill out and submit via Monday. We also use Monday for project mgmt, timelines, etc. Possibility of using a form within that.
