Hello everyone, so I am confused about this issue of mine. I have received a 50% hike from CTS but have received another 80% from another consultancy for MS client. I am not sure which one to choose since CTS might be able to bump me up to the same.

Anyone else feel like they don’t fit in at work? I’m a second year at a new firm with no POC associates. I’m a social person outside of work, but in the office I feel like I just shrink and succumb. It’s an odd and lonely feeling.

Does anyone else absolutely dislike the banners the sports teams have made at their school? I loathe the photoshopping that makes them look like someone else for one. BUT the biggest issue for me is the fact that these huge plastic banners have no purpose after one season and are then sent to a landfill somewhere to take many years to degrade. It is just one more first world problem that we shouldn't have, but do.

Hi, I have offers from ValueLabs and PwC SDC (AC) Bangalore. Both are offering similar pay. Which one should I choose? Both are offering permanent WFH.

I heard ValueLabs has development projects which in future will help me get into product based companies. Also heard they have bi-yearly hikes. On the other hand PwC is a good brand.

ValueLabs offer: 12L fixed + 50K joining bonus
PwC SDC offer: 11L fixed + 1L joining bonus
