It's always been a dream of mine to work at Google, specifically as a UX designer (currently transitioning into UX from visual design). I've been so afraid to apply to any jobs with UX title, Google or not, because I'm always doubting myself and telling myself I'm still under-qualified.
UX designers & hiring managers, what are the skills a designer must have to be "qualified" for a UX position? Keywords on resume? Certifications? Thank you all in advance!

Webflow is powerful and complex. I’ve worked in both this CMS and WordPress, and without a doubt, Webflow takes the cake on ease of use. There are many getting-started videos for Webflow on the site itself! It might be helpful to play around with the CMS and explore some tutorials to help inform your decision.
Additionally, with both CMSs, there are libraries of templates you can buy and further modify to suit your needs. Many other CMSs offer that too (at a price for the good templates that designers and engineers contribute$).
Thanks! The reason I ask is because I have an assessment for an interview where I need to make a webpage with a CMS. I'd like to avoid paying for any templates for that reason, and while I've worked with WPengine, the templates/content blocks were already built where I could organize layouts easily.
Webflow looked like a great option, there's just so much to absorb. I'll take a look at their site's how-tos to help get a better understanding.
