My background is somewhat non-traditional with limited experience in pharma, so I've been hitting some walls lately. A majority of the issues I'm facing are based client-side (along with a few things rooted within my agency's department structure) and I feel as if I'm spinning my wheels over here. My usual coping skills aren't cutting it right now and I fear I'm on the way to becoming completely depleted.
Oof. It depends what category you’re working in. Some are really hard to handle. Also depends if you’re dtc or hcp side. Hcp side, you can avoid it by proposing great workshops and running them and seeing if you can make anything happen. Dtc? Think engagement strategy. Also look at health tech if appropriate to your indication.
And try to get involved in agency pro bono stuff
